Through this curriculum's study, the students will be further familiar with ancient times Chinese elementary knowledge, grasp the ability of reading ancient times medicine work, which includes the reference book use, the word meaning discernment, the Chinese character knowledge and the medical nationality annotation's content, the characteristic and the style, then use these to instruct the reading Chinese medicine ancient book. Meanwhile through the bibliography, the edition study, the textual criticism study as well as the practice training, enable the students to grasp the literature study basic concept, the content, understand the reorganization of ancient time’s literature elementary knowledge and the reorganization of ancient time’s literature modernized method and the technology, to built the foundation for the later professional course's study.
This curriculum is composed of seven partial contents: The reference book, the Chinese character, the word meaning, the annotation, the table of contents, and the edition, collate.
Length of study: The standard length of study is 5 years.

Application requirement: The applicants should be 18 to 50 years old, high school graduates or above, healthy and well-behaved, with HSK Level 6 certificate or above.
