A non-refundable fee of RMB1,600 will be required with every application submitted.
 
Capital Levy      

                                                                                                 
 

Money collected from the Capital Levy goes towards building and maintenance of school facilities, library acquisitions, purchasing new furniture and fixtures, and developing the school information management system.

TUITION

 

This covers the costs of school materials (exercise books, writing materials, art/crafts equipment and teaching aids used for the students). Grants toward school uniforms (This covers a set of formal uniform attire and a set of sports wear for spring-autumn and a set of each for summer as well. Please see attached the uniform form.). Transportation for educational visits and after school activities are also taken from this fund.

Optional Fees

 
Applications for the school bus be on the basis of one full term at a time. Bus fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The card balance must be used during the school year of purchase, will NOT carry forward to the next year. The lunch fee system will be updated every year on July 31st. Lunch Card balances are non-refundable and only applicable to lunch fees, they will not transfer to other school fees.

1.Payment should be made before your child attends school.

Bank/Telegraphic Transfer - Student’s full name needs to be noted on the remittance. In order to record the payment

3.Please note:
Academic Year is from September to next June.

If you are late in paying School Fees there will be a 5% late fee.
 
If payment has not been received by the due date, placement of your child(ren) will not be guaranteed.

No reduction in school fees will be made for any absences.

Foreign Currency Exchange: School Fees are quoted in RMB, but such fees may be paid in either RMB or in USD.

For USD payment, the school will apply the exchange rate of the Bank of China on the first day of payment month.

Any bank charges must be borne by the remitter.
