During the talks, Huang Jin firstly on behalf of CUPL welcomed president and delegation of Dublin University’s arrival, and gave a specific introduction about CUPL’s history, current develop, teaching staffs, superior disciplines and academic cooperation. Huang Jin indicated that on the basis of good cooperation, the two universities must have better future in academic communication, student and teacher exchange and so on.
Hugh Brady on behalf of Dublin University of Ireland appreciated CUPL’s hospital reception, and gave specific introduction about development and feather of Dublin University in Law Science, Business and Confucius Institute so on professional fields; in the meanwhile he indicated that through mutual exchange students and teachers, two universities will deepen friendship, cooperation and create a better future.
At the end of the talks, both sides signed Cooperation agreement between China University of Politics and Law and Dublin University of Ireland, the two universities will officially exchange students and visit scholars in 2013, and develop summer programs together.
People who attended the signing ceremony are: president of School of Commercial and Economic Law Wang Weiguo, president of School of International Law Kong Qingjiang, vice president of School of Law Liu Fei, vice president of Research Institute of Comparative Law, director of international cooperation and exchange department Xv Lan, as well as Ireland program official Ma Linlin of international cooperation and exchange department.
