Program Description
The major is designed to train professionals to be good at communications technology, computer application technology, telecommunications systems and communication networks, who are capable of research, design, manufacturing, management in the communication field and the development of and the application of ICT equipment communications in various national economy departments and the national defense industry.
After nearly 50 years’ development, it has formed a strong professional advantage with key disciplines, significant research results, high-qualified teachers, improved teaching and learning conditions, communications-oriented industries, and good employment of the graduates. It is featured with communications-oriented operating and maintenance, with emphasis on students’ telecommunication concept in communication system, transmission, and network so that students are capable of communication system management and telecommunications network maintenance.
