On the morning of 3rd December, President Eric Andreassen of Marine engine engineering and technology management college of Copenhagen, vice President Thomas Dragoe visited Dalian Maritime University. Pincipal Wang Zuwen interviewed the guests in room 917 at comprehensive building, vice president Liu Zhengjiang, principal Zhao Youtao of college of marine engineering and director of department of international cooperation and exchange Xv Bin attended the talks.
Wang Zuwen warmly welcomed the guests, he reviewed the warm reception he recived on this May when he visited marine engine engineering and technology management college of Copenhagen, and expressed his appreciation again on behalf of Dalian Maritime University. Wang Zuwen said that DMU were looking forward to cooperate with marine engineering and technology management college of Copenhagen soon
Later, Liu Zhengjiang introduced general information of Dalian Martime University and mainly introduced about the university’s international cooperation development and education conditions of martine engineering majored students.
Prof. Eric thanked for leaders of Dalian Maritime University’s warm reception, hoped this visit can deepen understanding each other. He briefly introduced about his university’s teaching staff, students and international cooperation information.he said that the university attatched much importance to carrying out international cooperation, students and teachers of his college were very interested in international exchange. He was looking forward to establish cooperation with Dalian Maritime University and carry out practical cooperation, especially establish cooperation with Dalian Maritime University College of Martine Engine Engineering.
After that, both parties had a discussion about carrying out cooperatiion in students and teachers exchange, joint education, visiting scholars and so on.
In the end of the talks, Prof Eric looked around Navigation, marine engine room simulator, Dalian Martime University exhibition hall, then highly spoke its teaching experimental facilities and campus construction.
An introducation about Marine engineering and technology management college of Copenhagen
The college was founded in 1906, which is directly under the Denmark national Maritime Bureau, as well as one of Denmark largest maritime engineering colleges. So far there are over 500 marine engin engineering majored students who will be trained to be professional marine engine engineers and electricians. The program contains cooling and heat pump technology, water conservancy engineering, electric power automation and management.
