All fees are denominated in RMB. When paying in USD please use the prevailing PBOC approved RMB/USD exchange rate at the time of payment. Any shortfall in amounts received by the school for any reasons shall be carried forward to the next invoice.
Payment Terms
Tuition fees may be paid on an annual or termly basis. Payment must be settled before a student can attend class. A discount of 5% is offered to families with 3 or more children in full day programmes.
Payment Methods
1.Wire Transfer to RMB or USD bank account. Bank account details are printed on all invoices and are available from the Finance Department.
2.RMB cash
3.Credit card – please note that for payments over RMB2,000 the charges levied by the card company will be added to the payment required. These are normally between 1% and 4% depending on the card issuer.
4.USD/RMB cheque (if paying by USD cheque, please add US$40 for bank clearance).
5.We regret that the College Finance Department is not able to accept USD cash payments
Withdrawal Written notice must be given to the school in accordance with the Terms and Conditions previling at that time. If a withdrawal notice is delivered to the College during a College holiday it will be deemed received by the College on the first day in session following the holiday. In the absence of such notice the following term's fees shall be required to be paid infull. A full term's fees are payable for any term during which the student is in attendance for part or all of the term.
Refunds
Refund of fees will only be made after the return of the original tax receipt (fapiao) issudby the College at the time of payment. Please refer to the table below.
Placement Deposit
A placement deposit of RMB 18,000 per student is required and will be held by the College for the duration of the student's enrlment. The placement deposit secures a place on the school's enrolment until the following term's fees or the following year's fees ae due. The placement deposit will be refunded according to the College's Withdrawal Notice and Refund
Policies as specified in the Tems and Conditions. The placement deposit will not be refunded if the student does not attend the College after an enrolment place has been resered.

Cancelling Acceptance
A term's fees (less placement deposit held) will be immediately payable by parents if, for any reason, they cancel their acceptance of a place after the withdrawal notice deadline has passed or the student does not join the Collee after a place has been accepted. Parents who provide written notice before the deadline will not have to pay fees in lieu but the
placement deposit will be reained by the College.
School Lunch
A hot lunch is available for all full day students at River Garden and Riviera campuses at a cost of RMB 5,100 per year.
Students attending Legend Garden campus may have lunch using a pre‐paid card.
School Bus Services
Student bussing is arranged as a service to the school community to help our students travel to and from school. Whilst we are as flexible as possible in serving the needs of our community we do need to balance the convenience, journey time, and cost of this service to parents (no profit is made by the school). Please note bus stops and fees are subject to change.
For each stop there should normally be 5 student riders. All issues and questions relating to bus transportation should be directed to the Operations Office on 6454‐9117 or through your Campus Administrator.

School Uniform
All students excluding toddler and nursery children at Dulwich are required to wear the school uniform. This is different for warm and cold weather, and students should adhere to seasonal requirements. Please be sure that all items are clearly marked with the student's name. Once school fee payment has been received, the student's parents will be issued with
vouchers to the value of RMB800 to purchase school uniform from the Dulwich Uniform hop located at Legend Garden campus. Please visit www.dcbeijing.cn for school uniform details.
Assisted Places/Financial Aid Policy
Assisted places are awarded based on the applicant's demonstrated financial need. Parents requesting consideration for an assisted place must provide details of economic information on our Confidential Stateent of Financial Circumstances form, which can be requested from the Bursar’s Office (initial or renewal application).
