Requirements :

Female (24-40 years old)?
Native English Speaker
Good Communicator
pleasant appearance
Can speak Mandarin is preferable
F&B background is preferable
Guest service oriented

Responsiibilities:
to communicate and make good relationship with our members.
to respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total members satisfaction.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
May serve as \"Manager on Duty\" as required.
Perform other duties as assigned including assisting staff with their job functions during peak periods.
