Teaching Aim: This program fosters senior engineering and technical talents suiting the world aviation industry development needs, which master aircraft engineering basic theory and knowledge, and can engage in aircraft design, manufacture, maintenance and management. Through studying this major students learn and grasp the following knowledge and ability: (1) Comprehensive professional education of aircraft design and maintenance; (2) Master the technologies and theory of related fields, including mechanics, materials science, electronics, measurement and control, market economy and other basic knowledge; (3) Professional knowledge of broad aircraft design and maintenance and have comprehensive ability and engineering innovation capabilities.
Main Courses: Calculus, Physics, Mathematical Analysis, Engineering Mechanics, Aerodynamics, Engineering Thermodynamics, Structural Analysis; Computer Programming, Engineering Graphics, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical Design, Control System Engineering, Engineering Materials; Flight Mechanics, Aviation Engine Theory, Aircraft Manufacture Studies, Aircraft Environmental Control System, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Design, Aircraft Structural Design.

Basic Application Requirements
1. Under the age of 25, be in good health.
2. High school graduate or with equivalent qualification
Materials Required for Application
1. Application form for international study
2. Physical Examination Record for Foreigners.
3. Certificate of highest academic degree obtained and transcript of academic record.
4. Proof of the applicant’s solvency by his/her agent in China or other financial warranty.
The above materials should be written in English or in Chinese, or attached with translation in either of the two languages.
Fees
Application Fee: RMB 400 per person
Tuition Fee: RMB 18000 per year
Food: About RMB 6000 for each student per year
Medical Insurance: About RMB 600 for each student per year
Teaching Materials (Books): Actual fee, about RMB 600 for each student per year
Bedclothes: About RMB 500 for each student
Electricity (mainly for air-condition): Actual fee, about RMB 800 for each student per year
Accommodation:
(1) Students' Apartment on Campus:
- RMB 4000 for each student per year, living in students' apartments –TWO students share a room and an apartment consists of 4 rooms, a living room, and a washing room and is equipped with a TV, a microwave oven, a washing machine, 2 showers, and an internet and telephone access.
- RMB 8000 for each student per year living in above mentioned students' apartments–ONE student occupies a room and ONLY IF the room is available.
(2) University Hostel: RMB 150 for a double room with a telephone, an air-conditioner, a color TV and a toilet.
