Founded in 1941 Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology is a public provincial university in China which is qualified to recruit international students. HNUST was authorized to grant bachelor’s degrees in 1977. In 1999 HNUST was authorized by Chinese Ministry of Education to be one of the first key bases for training teachers of vocational education and was also granted the title of Demonstration School for National Language Standardization by State Language Commission.
