Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 Nanjing- Wuhan- Yichang
Leave for Wuhan by plane, and visit the famous “Yellow Crane Tower”. Go to Yihang in the afternoon. Get on the liner in the evening.
Day 2 Three Gorges Dam, Xiling Gorge
Start out at 7 a.m. and visit the biggest dam in the world---Three Gorges Dam. Travelers can climb to the top of the Tanziling, which is as the same height as the dam, to appreciate the grand Three Gorges Reservoir after sluice. Back to the liner for lunch, and then admire the longest gorge of the three-----Xiling Gorge, and enjoy the brand new landscape.
Day 3 Shennong Stream, Wu Gorge, Qutang Gorge
After breakfast, travelers will first appreciate the Shennong Stream. Along the stream, there are remains of ancient plant path, wild monkeys and mysterious cliff coffins. In the afternoon, the liner will enter the Wu Gorge, which is famous for its beautiful mountains; in the evening, the liner will pass the Qutang Gorge, which is the shortest but the most magnificent one.
Day 4 Fengdu
Fengdu is called “the ghost country”, "Netherworld”, which means the place where dead people’s spirit returned to. Afterwards, sail up the Yangtze River and have sightseeing.
Day 5 Chongqing- Nanjing
The liner stops at the Chaotianmen Dock. Travelers will take part in the “Red Journey”, including Zhazi Cave, White Residence, and the outside view of Great Hall. Return to Nanjing in the afternoon.
