Introduction
Shanghai Shihua International Travel Service (SSITS), which was founded in 1994, is a standing member unit of Shanghai Municipal Tourism Trade Association and one of the members of the Pacific Association of Travel Agency (PATA) and International Association of Travel Agency (IATA). Over the years, the company follows the management philosophy of “sincerity, specialization and win-win”, which means improving the management system, winning by high-quality products and placing sincerity as the essential factor in services. With the improvement of the management made of “focus on wholesale with retail sales as supplement”, the company has developed the operational management concept of “basing itself on realities, being enterprising and innovative, and seeking bestriding development”. In 2005, SSITS was rated as the advanced unit for its credible services in Shanghai and was listed as one of the top double-hundred travel services in China in the years of 2002, 2004 and 2005 respectively.
 
In order to improve its core competitiveness and promote its sustainable development, SSITS will establish a complete marketing system and a plural product system and provide a unique client service system.

The business scope is engaged in inbound tourism, outbound tourism, domestic tourism, business conference and exhibitions, free tourism, hotels & tickets booking and referral center. Besides, SSITS boasts a large number of excellent polyglot tourist guides and has established long-term firm cooperative relationships with travel agencies, tourist spots and air lines both at home and abroad.
