Welcome to Sifangshan Botanical Garden
Covering an area of 2,800 acres, Sifangshan Botanical Garden is located in the north outskirts of Shiyan City, Hubei Province. It is an integrated botanic garden combining scientific research, education, leisure, entertainment with tourism.
Now it has built “Hefeng Pavilion” which stands in wind; “Tianchi for God Bath” which is not dry up in dry day and not overflow in rain day; “Drunken Stone Forest” with strange rocks; “Guansong Pavilion” where you can enjoy the moon, and listen to wind symphony; “Tai Chi Temple” for Zhenwu to practice his skill; “Fushou Valley” with enigma; “Shuyu Pavilion” with Jiangnan architecture style, and different shapes of pavilions, platforms, porches and frames etc.
In the garden, there are 127 families, 370 genus and 570 species of plants, among which more than 20 species are under first-grade and second-grade State protection. The garden builds four specified plant gardens, namely sweet osmanthus garden, Bashan calyx canthus garden, firethorn garden and guava garden, which blend landscape viewing and flowers appreciating into a unity. At present, the garden has beautiful flowers in three seasons, and evergreen in four seasons and hundreds of fragrant grass and flowers.
At the same time, a series of symbolized-topic establishments which contains full of metaphorical means was arranged in the garden routes. What a recreation center for summer vacation.

Take bus No. 4 in the downtown of Shiyan, and get off at bridge of Paulin Factory. You can drive or take taxi to get to the inside of Botanical Garden.
