Sept. 2011, China Petroleum Changqing Oil Field Brand had a group of special guest, 7 petroleum majored international students of Xi’an Shiyou University, they are from Pakistan and Sudan, had been studying in China for 4 years, they came to Changqing oil field for the internship before graduation.
The 22 year-old Suffian come from Sudan. She has 8 sisters and brother in her family in which she was the only one studying abroad. So, she was the hope of the entire family. Suffian likes Chinese food very much. Her greatest wish is that she can find a job in China after graduation, she told the journalist that China’s economy develops very fast, the economy situation is very good, she particularly hoped to realize her dream here.

Description: Sabah comes from Pakistan, 21 years old, his Chinese is the best among the 7 international students. he said, I came to study in China because this country loves peace, no matter study or business exchange, China provides very good circumstance. Besides, the procedure of studying in China is very simple, you just need a passport, secondary school graduation certificate, and take one exam. I think CNPC is the largest company established by Chinese government in China, and CNPC has advance technology, they set up many project in foreign countries, such as Africa, Middle East and many others, I think they work very hard, and they make great achievements, I think internship is very important for we students, because all things you have learnt in the university, are from books, through practice, what you learnt on books can be as perfect as you learn from the practice at CNPC and Changqing Oil Field, as you know, it is great to have change to practice here.
Description: Gilani and Atik are two handsome boys, they come from Pakistan, before coming to China, they didn’t know each other, because the two come from one country and study in one university, Gilani and Atik became great buddies.
Gilani is 21 years old, comes from Islamabad, Pakistan. He said that he came to study in China as there were many Chinese petroleum companies in his country, 50% of which are Chinese., they are mainly responsible for company’s management, and the rest are Pakistani, most of them are workers, Chinese petroleum urges local economy development. so Gilani thought that the most advanced technologies and equipment were in China, while in Pakistan, there is no that good training conditions. Gilani took one month’s internship in CNPC in Pakistan before coming to China, he thought it was very good. He said that he could come back to work in petroleum company as a engineer after accepting all-around professional petroleum education, of course, he mostly want to stay in China, because China has become his second hometown, it just likes at home here.
The 23 years old Atik comes from Lahore of Pakistan, before coming to China, He completed science and engineering programs at Islamic University. Atik has sisters and brothers for 6, his father opened a factory manufacturing military supplies. Due to study in China, he went to Guangzhou and bought equipment for his father alone, Chinese people’s honest and kind leave good impression on Atik. Atik said that he had many friends studying in China, they choose China all because of its rapid development and advanced education.

I choose petroleum engineering because the global oil is in short supply, as it were, may things cannot be done without oil, if there is no oil, I cannot image a world without oil, you know that in the world today, oil is necessary for every people, CNPC has advance equipment, the equipment are the latest one. I appreciated it very much, the oil technology of China is also the best in the world, maybe some years later, the oil production technology will also be the world’s best, so I likes China’s technology very much.
