Founded in 1958, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (FJUTCM) is a key university in Fujian province as well as one of the earliest established TCM universities in China.
FJUTCM consists of 13 colleges(departments) and 2 research institutes, with 2 specialties (TCM Orthopedics and Traumatology，Clinical Integrative Medicine) for Doctoral candidates, 18 specialties for Master candidates, and 33 specialties for undergraduates, such as Five-year TCM, Seven-year TCM, Acupuncture & Massage, Clinical Integrative Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Medical Imaging, Pharmacology, TCM Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Marketing, Nursing, Public Utilities Management, Applied Psychology and Food Science & Engineering. At present, the total enrollment of full-time students is over 9200, including nearly 1000 postgraduates.
The number of staff of the university is more than 2500, among which more than 500 are professional and technical personnel with senior titles.
