Introduction on core disciplines
Vehicle Engineering is the Beijing municipal construction program; Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation is the key programs of the university. The university is authorized to confer Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering of primary disciplines, which is the Beijing Municipal key construction discipline, as well as Master's Degree in Mechanical Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Design and Theory, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Vehicle Engineering of secondary disciplines, including Mechanical and Electronic Engineering as Beijing municipal key discipline. The university is also authorized to confer Master's Degree on Mechanical Engineering. The program on Test Measure Technology and Instrument offered by College of Photoelectric Information and Communication Engineering is Beijing municipal key construction discipline.
