China Travel International Limited (CTI) was founded in August 2002 under the approval of China National Tourism Administration. Now itis one of the biggest travel operators in China. Although young, CTI adopts the traveling traditions of its mother company, China Travel Service (Holding) Hong Kong Ltd. (CTSHK), which having over 70 years of history, is now the oldest and most experienced travel company in China. Since then the company has served for both the inbound and outbound travel markets together with Chinese domestic requirements including Hong Kong and Macau. CTI has been honorably enlisted as one of the top 100 international travel services in China for many consecutive years.
CTI is an official member of the China Association of Travel Services, a standing member of the Beijing Association of Travel Services. It has also been admitted into such international organizations as PATA, IYTA and USTOA. It holds the legal right to organize travel arrangements for both domestic and foreign tourists.
CTI now boasts a network of over 20 overseas offices within Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania together with 18 domestic offices within Mainland China, with a staff of nearly 10000. It has a team of professional tour planners, salespersons, tour guides and international tour leaders who possess high characters, sufficient experience and outstanding proficiencies in many different foreign languages.
CTI provides a comprehensive range of services for travelers from around the world. It provides tour guide services diverse in language; full leisure groups & FIT arrangements; special interest, adventure, sports, incentive and educational tours together with ticketing, hotel and visa services. It has successfully organized the reception of the 5th & 6th Beijing International Tourism Culture Festival, the French Du Bois Deluxe Incentive Group that consists of 560 people and the UPS Board of Directors Meeting in 2002. Amongst others, CTI has also entertained a delegation of 105 renowned Personages from the Hong Kong Show of Business and a Charter Group of 420 Japan culture delegates’ completing an inspection tour.
