2. How can I get my bonus points?
Customers can get corresponding bonus points in many ways. For example, successfully reserve services on our website (booking.at0086.com), posting threads in our forum, filling in our questionnaire, recommending our website to your friends, etc. Besides, you may get gift points by certain enterprises when you book their services.

3. How do I register to become a member of China Service Mall and get the bonus points?
You will be automatically accepted for registration and get bonus points as long as you make a reservation on China Easy Booking(booking.at0086.com).

4. How many points will I get when submitting reservation once?
You will get 20 bonus points as long as you submit any available reservation on our website. More points will be presented if you are an intermediate or senior member.

5. How can I know how many points I have accumulated currently?
You can check your current points by logging in to your member background and click “My points”.

6. How do I exchange my bonus points?
You can visit our Client Gifts Center to see what you may exchange for by your current points.

7. What are “Exchange points” and “Upgrade points”?
“Exchange points” means after each exchange, corresponding points will be deducted from your current cumulative points; “Upgrade points” means after each exchange, there will be no deduction of your current points and when your points cumulates to a certain number your membership will also get upgraded.

8. I see some of “My bonus points” are marked with “Confirm by the order”. What does it mean?
After you submit your reservation on our China Easy Booking, you will get corresponding points, which will be added to your account only when your reservation is successful.

9. Can I exchange my bonus points for the reservation services on China Service Mall?
Yes, you can. First you log in to our Client Gifts Center and click “Exchange my points for services”, then select the service you want to exchange (make it one week in advance). After you exchange successfully, you will be informed by a system message. No cancellation and alteration will be made once the exchange has been confirmed.

10. How do I exchange for the items in download section?
You will get 30 points after you make one reservation successfully, and if you post in any forum or help promote our website in any way, you will get more points. Once your cumulative points reach 50 or above, you can exchange for download items. If you are an intermediate or a senior member, you can download certain or all items for free.

11. What is the valid period of my bonus points on China Service Mall?
Your bonus points will be valid for one year from the date of your registration and zero cleared beyond the validity. The points’ validity of an intermediate member is two years while that of a senior member is not limited.

12. Is there any way to know the expiry date of my points?
If your bonus points are expired within one month, you will get a system message when you log in to your member background. If you are an intermediate or senior member, we will email to notify you.

13. Is there any difference between an intermediate/senior member and an ordinary member?
An intermediate member/senior member will enjoy more preferential treatment and get more gifts and services.

14. How do I know whether I can get upgrade?
When your account reaches the standard of upgrade, you will be notified with a system message. You can log in to your member background to finish your upgrade by following the tips of the system massage.

15. How do I upgrade to be an intermediate/senior member?
Member upgrade depends on your cumulative points. When your current cumulative points reach 8888 you may upgrade to be an intermediate member while when your current cumulative points reach 18888 you may upgrade to be a senior member. You may enjoy more preferential treatment after upgrade.

16. Why is there no bonus point added to my account after I submit my reservation on China Service Mall?
After you submit your reservation and successfully registered on our website, we will email you your account information and verification address, which you need to click to finish verification. After that, you will get the bonus points we give.

17. Why is there no bonus point added to my account after I reply to the enterprise?
We will add the points to you after confirmation.

18. Is there any bonus point added if I book a group service?
Sorry. We only give bonus points to individual account number. But you can consult with the service provider to get gift points.

19. I submitted my reservation by two different accounts. Can I transfer the bonus points to one account?
Sorry. Bonus points from different account numbers cannot be transfer to one account.

20. Can I get more bonus points if I book a bigger service?
We give 20 points to every ordinary member. If you book a service with a big amount, you may consult with our service provider to get gift points.

21. Can I exchange my bonus points for cash?
Sorry. Bonus points can only be exchanged for products, download documents and services in our Client Gifts Center.

22. How do you send the gifts to me?
We will send the gifts to you by air mail. If you are in China, you can take it by yourself or in any other ways.

23. I’m in China now. Can I take the gifts by myself?
You can come to our company to get your gifts within 7 working days from the date of your exchange. If you need your gifts sent by post, please indicate it.

24. When do you mail my gifts after exchange?
We will mail your gifts within 3 working days after confirmation. Please check it carefully.

25. How can I return or exchange my gifts?
Sorry. We don’t accept gift returning without any quality problem. If the gift you received has quality problems or has been damaged during the delivery, please contact our customer service center and we will help you to contact the supplier to get an exchange.
