South Lake International School was opened in Wuhan in the fall of 2003. This school provided a place where expatriate families' children could have an education in English.
School Strength
South Lake International School has 14 classrooms, a library, and cafeteria, as well as computer, science and art labs. The outdoor facilities include a rubberized running track, soccer field, basketball courts, and playground.
South Lake International School now has over fifteen foreign teachers and fifteen Chinese staff members. The students at this school have the opportunity to take extracurricular activities such as art, music, drama, band, chess, volleyball, physical education and Chinese.
