Day 1
Take a flight from Shangahai to Chengdu, Transfer to Lhasa, arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport. Take a tour bus along Brahmaputra River to Lhasa, watch Nitang Giant Buddha in the distance and enjoy the beautiful view of Brahmaputra River and old Tibetan villages. Check-in the hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast visit the World Cultural Heritage--- Potala Palace. In the afternoon visit the Jokhang Temple in the central Lhasa City and go shopping in the Barkhor Street.
Day 3
After breakfast take the tour bus to Nyingchi, enjoying the beautiful view of Niyang River and virgin forest on the way. Visit the holy lake--- Basum Lake.
Day 4
After breakfast visit Lamaling Temple, a famous Tibetan temple for Mongolian Lamaism.
Day 5
After breakfast take the tour bus to the fresh water lake--- Yamdrok Yum Tso Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Then back to Lhasa.
Day 6
After breakfast proceed to Lhasa railway station and take the train back to Shanghai.

On the train the whole day.
