College of In March 2000, The College of Information Science and Technology was established on the basis of the amalgamation of the two former individual departments, namely Department of Automation and Department of Computer Science and Technology. There are 130 Faculty and staff members in the School, including 16 full professors and 27 associate professors. Among them, 6 professors were approved as supervisors of Ph.D. Students. and 2714 undergraduates at school.The School is qualified to grant Ph.D.
degree in Control Theory & Control Engineering; Master’s degrees in Control Theory & Control Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Application Techniques, Measurement Techniques & Automatic Equipment; and Bachelor’s degrees in Automation, Computer Science and Technology, Measurement Techniques and Instrumentation, Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Information Science and Technology, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering and Biomedicine Engineering. Currently, there are more than 362 graduate students (including 27 Ph.D. students), 80 engineering master students.
