Long Term Classes: The application deadline for the spring semester is the end of December. The class will begin at the end of February. The application deadline for the autumn semester is the end of June, and the class will begin at the end of August. But the application will be ended once all seats taken.
The Chinese Language Training Center of BUAA will accept application from both individuals and groups. The applicants must submit the “Application Form” to BUAA two months before the classes begins. After receiving the Admission Notice and JW202 form, the applicants can apply for an “X” or "F" visa from the embassy and consulate of the PRC in the their own countries (Applicants who have an “X” visa need to bring the “Health Examination Result”, for the convenience of the residence procedure in China.).
From autumn of 2004 CLTCBU accepts application on line and the website address is www.buaa.edu.cn International Students.
Registration
The registration is 3 days before the classes begin. CLTCBU checks and verifies the Admission Notices, JW202 form, passport, and handles the procedure for admission.
The applicants should pay the tuition fee at the registration time by RMB and the tuition fee will not be reduced or refunded for students who arrive after the term has begun or leave before the term has concluded. The accommodation fee will be paid in one lump sum at the beginning of semester.
Long term classes textbooks fees: About 120RMB, depending upon different classes.
The tuition fee for short-term training program covers only lectures, textbooks and the Board fee is around 60 RMB.
