School of Pharmacy is one of the oldest faculties of the university, mainly engaged in drug and chemical research, development and application of the professional teaching and scientific research. School of Pharmacy in the course of development experienced by the profession, the Department of the hospital development process. Formed in 1986 after China Pharmaceutical University, the School decided to study, "Pharmaceutical grade" and "Department of Medicinal Chemistry" combined and set up "School of Pharmacy."

There are pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology, drug analysis, and pharmaceutical engineering disciplines 5 majors, including medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutical science disciplines for national key disciplines, pharmacology for the state key disciplines to cultivate point. The construction of key disciplines in the school are "211" project of the important content of School and College of Pharmacy to seek development by leaps and bounds an important support, but also for the rich connotation of teaching, cultivate high-quality, high-level personnel to provide first-class pharmacy guarantee.

It cultivated the "pharmacy" and "chemical and pharmaceutical professional" training of graduate students from the beginning of 1956, approved by the State Council are the first batch of Bachelor of national (1981), Master (1981), Dr. (1981) Degree Authorization points, built in 1991 has post-doctoral research station. School of Pharmacy currently has a pharmacy post doctorate disciplines with an interdisciplinary doctorate in pharmacy, master's and bachelor's degree granting powers, it can be in pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology seven professional recruiting doctoral students in medicinal chemistry, pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, bio-chemical industry to recruit eight professional master's degree graduate students, and in the pharmacy, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, food quality and safety professional to recruit 4 undergraduates.

 

The number of undergraduate students from 890 the year 2001 has been extended to 1030 in 2005, and the number of graduate intake in 2001 from 101 to 200 in 2005, the number of doctoral students is also maintained at 52 per year. At present, a total number of undergraduates are 1139 people (mainly the third and fourth grade students), Master 590, 159 doctoral students. The graduates are generally welcomed by employers, the employment rate of undergraduate students is more than 98%, and master's and doctoral students in the employment rate is 100%.
