Detailed itinerary
The half day tour is based on the free walk along the roads. Liyang Road is a typical one, where there are a lot of revolution celebrities’ residences on one side and a very long wall hanging with introduction brands of those celebrities. Now, it turns to be a common citizens’ living area, peaceful and harmonious.
Quite near the Liyang Road, there is Duolun Road. Not too wide, a good road to walk, quiet, there are some old residences of celebrities in 1900’s. Besides, you can find Shanghai Duolun Museum of Modern Art here. Hong De Tang, a building of church of Christianity in the form of Chinese temple, may impress you a lot. If you feel tired, just stop and enjoy an old movie in a coffee movie bar. Some small antique shops have ancient coins, badges of Chairman Mao Zedong and post pictures during that revolution period.
