World Economics
The aim of The World Economics Institute is to train up masters and PHD of World Economics. Specifically, we take upon the master's courses of The research of international trade and finance、The research of world economics and The research of international economic relationship the PhD’s courses of The contemporary macroeconomic theory and policy、Forefront theory of world economy、The economic research of the developed capitalist countries、The research of international economic theory and policyandThe research of international investment and the undergraduate of economics’ courses of world economics、The history of modern economics and also The international economicsof other majors of SWUFE.
Taking full advantage of the advanced teaching conditions in their courses, our teachers advocate an interactive and innovative way of teaching, do their best to reform the test methods, and always try to find new teaching methods. Firstly, in their courses, they not only implement the principle of integrating theory with practice consistently, but also pay particular attention to our country's actual condition. Secondly, by paying close attention to the trend and development of international economic theories, our teachers guide the students to read relevant classical monographs and articles of innovative international economic theories. Thirdly, by paying attention to the interactive of teaching and learning, our teachers combine with teaching, discussion and case study to inspire the students to think by themselves in their courses, and then ask them writing a paper for the seminar in which the students will gain a score according to their performances.
