Located in the East Campus of Guangxi University for Nationalities, the College of Physics and Electronic Engineering was formally founded in 1960. Currently, the College is home to 2 master-level programs, namely Technology of Computer Application, History of Science and Technology, 5 bachelor-level programs: Physics, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, and Network Engineering. In addition, the College also offers 3 programs for adult education, including Physics, Communication Engineering, and Network Engineering.
Up to now, the College has an enrollment of 1125 full-time students, including 24 graduates and 1101 undergraduate students. It owns a well-structured and academically sound faculty team that conducts both teaching and scientific research. The total number of teaching staff reaches 67, including 56 full-time teachers, 6 full professors, 18 associate professors with 29 mediate titles and 27 Master’s degrees and 9 Doctoral degrees. The staff has high quality, rich experience and a balanced age, knowledge and education background structure.
With 40 years of development, the College has cultivated totally 4299 technological talents in various kinds for the society. They are scattered in Guangxi and even all over the country. Many of them have become the pace-setter, famous teachers, scholars, leaders and even master and doctoral supervisors in scientific research or the academic world. All of them have made great contributions to the socialism construction and national prosperity.
In recent years, the teaching staff has published 13 teaching materials and monographs and 100 academic papers in the domestic core journals. About 10 of the papers have been embodied by SCI, EI and 8 patens have been gained. The College will constantly attach great importance to scientific research on different levels and actively take part in academic exchange.

For Bachelor’s degree:
Be 16-65 years old, senior high school graduate, HSK3~6 certificate, in good physical condition.
For Master’s degree:
Have Bachelor’s degree or above, HSK3~6 certificate, academic score list, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good physical condition.
For Doctoral degree:
Have Master’s degree or above, HSK3~6 certificate, academic score list, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good physical condition.
