Application Procedure
I. If you want to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship to study at HEU should submit your application to your country's government, a relevant organization responsible for sending students to study abroad, or the Chinese embassy or consulate within your country. Detailed information can be found on the website of the China Scholarship Council (www.csc.edu.cn).
II. Those applicants who apply for HEU to study at HEU should submit your application to International Student Section of Foreign Affairs Office at HEU directly for more information. All the applicants should fill in application forms of admission and scholarship carefully and completely and send all the required application materials to HEU.

If you want to apply for the HEU scholarship, you should apply for an Application Form for Scholarship from the International Students Section of Foreign Affairs Office in HEU while applying for studying in HEU by email (heufao@vip.0451.com) or download here.
When applying the following documents will be necessary, including:
Bachelor Degree:
Completed Application Form for Studying in HEU
Completed Application Form for Scholarship of HEU
Passport photocopy
Photocopy of Diploma Certificates
Photocopy of Transcripts of Relating programs
Master/Doctor Degree:
Completed Application Form for Studying in HEU
Completed Application Form for Scholarship of HEU
Passport photocopy
Photocopy of Diploma and Degree Certificates
Photocopy of transcript of relating programs
Topic or abstract of graduation thesis for Bachelor/Doctor Degree
Content list of graduation thesis for Bachelor/Doctor Degree
Two recommendation letters from advisors
