Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Kunming-Dali
The guide will meet you at the airport. On arrival, you will sign the travel contract with the travel agency and have a rest. In the evening, you will transfer to Dali by train.
Day 2 Dali
Visit the ancient city-Dali after breakfast. You can cruise in the Erhai Lake, appreciate the song and dance of Bai Nationality, and visit the Goddess of Mercy Pavilion, Butterfly Spring Garden and the Foreigner Street.
Day 3 Shangri-la
Take bus to Shangri-la after breakfast. The route passes the World Wetland Conservation District. You can see the first bay of Yangtze River, enjoy the Bita Sea and virgin forest. Along the way, you have a chance to visit the small Potala Palace, living Buddha and Sutra Collection Pavilion.
Day 4 Xiang Town
After breakfast, take bus to Xiang Town along the footprint of Princess Wencheng went into Tibet. Over there you can see the different architectural style and appreciate the Shangri-la Snow Mountain & Valley.
Day 5 Daocheng-Yading
Take bus to Daocheng, Yading and visit the steep snow peak, Old Bear River, Wushi Snow Mountain, Sangdui Grassland and Poplar tree Garden.
Day 6 Yading- Daocheng
Take bus from Yading to Daocheng. You will cross virgin forest and can admire the flowers, forests, snow peak, lakes and streams. You can feel that human being and nature are in harmony.
Day 7 Shangri-la
From the way to Shangri-la, you can enjoy the beautiful sceneries. There are crowds of crossopilon finding food and playing.
Day 8 Lijing
Lijiang is ancient city with a history of over 800 years. The city is called Oriental Venice and the most representative ancient town with national style.
Day 9 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
The mountain is covered with snow the entire year and like a dragon flying. That is origin of the mountain’s name. Not only can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with its wonderful sceneries and landscape, still can feel the charm of highland forests.
Day 10 Kunming
Arrive in Kunming in the morning. Go shopping in the local specialty supermarket and visit the flower market. Then you will be sent to the airport and end the pleasant journey.
