Day by day itinerary
Day 1 Kunming-Lhasa
Leave Kunming for Lhasa by air and then go to downtown by bus on the road you can see the Tibetan villages and Brahmaputra (the highest river in the world). Transfer to hotel to have a rest.
Day 2 Lhasa
Go to the world-famous and highest Buddhism region-The Potala Palace and The Jokhang Temple built thousands of years ago. Later go to visit Bajiao Street where you can buy many local craft goods. Stay at hotel in Lhasa.
Day 3 Lhasa-Shigatse
After breakfast, go to Shigatse by vehicle to visit the Panchen Lama’s palace- Tashilhunpo monastery and the 10th Panchen Lama’s Temple. Stay in Shigatse for the night.
Day 4 Shigatse
After breakfast, transfer to Shigatse by vehicle on the road you can see one of the three holy-lakes, Yangzuoyongcuo, Karuola Glacier and then arrive at Zicheng to visit Baijv Temple. After that, go back to Lhasa. Stay in Lhasa at hotel.
Day 5 Lhasa-Kunming
Free activities after breakfast and take SZ4430 back to Kunming to end this happy journey.
