The university adheres to an open policy in active international exchanges and cooperation. XSYU had successively signed cooperation agreements with 39 universities and institutions in U.S.A., U.K., Russia, etc. Of which 13 American universities are partner universities on the Sino-American 1+2+1 Dual Degree Program to jointly cultivate undergraduates and postgraduates. 2 German universities on the Sino-Germany 4+2 undergraduate-postgraduate program and 3+1 junior college-undergraduate program, and other short-term exchange and cultural experience program with Russian and American universities..jpg)
