Dalian Overseas Tourist Co., LTD was established in 1988, as the only one fist-level travel agency approved by the National Tourism Administration. It is the affiliated institution of the Municipal Tourism Administration. At present, it has a number of 60 staff members, covering 3 service centers: inbound tourism centre, domestic tourism centre and ticket service centre.
