Day 1 Beijing-Lhasa
Take NO. T27 train from Beijing West railway station to Lhasa at 21:30.

Day 2 On the way to Lhasa
Enjoy the view of northwest China and gradually get acclimatization.

Day 3 Lhasa
Arrive at Lhasa at 20:00pm, transfer to a bus to Lhasa city. Check-in to the hotel.

Day 4 Lhasa
In the morning visit the world’s highest palace building group---the Polata Palace. In the afternoon visit the holy land of the Buddhism believers---Jokhang Temple. Then you can go shopping at Barkhor Street.

Day 5 Lhasa
After breakfast go to visit one of the three holy lakes in Tibet---Namtso Lake, the world’s highest salt water lake. Then back to visit Yangbajing Hot Spring, you may swim or have a bath there (Your own expense).

Day 6 Lhasa- Nyingchi (B+L+D)
Nyingchi, labeled “Tibetan Jiangnan” has the most beautiful lake--- Basum Holy Lake. You may have free hiking time there. Then take a boat to the faerie Island in the centre of the lake. Proceed to Bayi Town.

Day 7 Nyingchi-Lhasa (B+L+D)
In the morning go to visit the Nyingchi gigantean Cyprus tree--- the witness of 2,500 year history. Then proceed to Bayi Town, Enjoying the amazing natural view of Niyang Stream Valley, virgin forest under the snow peak, large-scaled prairie, Tibetan villages on the way.

Day 8 Lhasa-Beijing (B)
Check-out after breakfast. Proceed to Lhasa railway station and take NO. T28 train back to Beijing at 08:00 am.

Arrive at Beijing West railway station at 08:00 am. Journey ends.
