Suzhou's interlocking canals, which have led it to be called the "Venice of the East," its classic gardens, and its embroidery and silk factories are the chief surviving elements of a cultural capital that dominated China's artistic scene for long periods. Despite modernization, Suzhou remains one of the most beautiful cities in China.

Day 1 Beijing/Suzhou
In the evening, Take the train Z85 (semi-cushioned berths) to Suzhou.
Day 2 Suzhou
On arrival, the guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. Take a half-day guided visit to Humble Administrator's Garden, which is a typical beautiful garden of southern China. Sail along the moat at your own expense. Afternoon visit the famous Hangshan Temple, and continue to tour the Tiger Hill which is the first tourist attraction of Wu Region. Back in the city centre, climb the Beishi Pagoda.
Day 3 ZhouZhuang Town
Take a bus and go through the longest lake tunnel of China ----Dushuhu Tunnel.
Arrive at ZhouZhuang Town. Its unique customs, simple and honest folkway, and idyllic scenery have made it a typical watery township in the south of China.
In the afternoon transfer to Suzhou for your departure train. (B)
Day 4 Beijing
Get back to Beijing at 07:24 in the morning.
