Aim of Training: The students should grasp the modern linguistics and the applied linguistics basic theory and the main research technique quite systematically, the understanding related to the specialized direction and the academic trends; can do scholarly research which strives for realism rigorously energetic and certain academic sensitivity engaged in the linguistics theory, the second language custom independently under teacher's instruction, domain the foreign language teaching, translator theory and practice or special use foreign language general special studies, and certain fresh idea dissertation.
Main courses: Phonetics, sentence legal science, semantics, pragmatics, literary style study, discourse analysis, discourse linguistics, social linguistics, psycholinguistics, cognition linguistics, language philosophy and so on.
Length of Study:
2 years for full time program. Admission only available in Fall semester, opening in September. The exact opening date is available in Acceptance Letter.
