6-day tour of Urumqi, Heavenly Mountain and Heavenly Lake, Nanjiang Kashgar, Kalakuli Lake (double round-trip flights)

As you began your journey along this famous Silk Road, may you learn its history, understand its culture, experience its historical changes, and enjoy its sights.
Day 1: Nanjing-Urumqi
Arrive at Nanjing and fly to Urumqi, then transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Kashgar-Kalakuli Lake
Fly to Kashgar in the morning, then take a bus to visit Kalakuli Lake, enjoying Shashan Mountain, Mushitage Snowy Peak, Gongge’er Snowy Peak, Gongge’er Jiuge Peak on the way. Visit Khalkhas’ yurts. Visit along the foot of the ice mountain on foot or by camel. Then take a bus back to Kashgar.
Day 3: Kashgar
After breakfast visit the famous mausoleum of muslim family---Apahuojiamazha, China’s biggest Islamic mosque---Aitiga’er Mosque, Uighur crafts street, craft factory, Kashgar Altstadt and the largest farmers’ market---Kashgar Grand Bazaar. Then take a visit to Uighur orchard and taste the fruit and specialized meal. Fly back to Wushi.
Day 4: Wushi-Turpan
Take a bus to Turpan in the morning, enjoy the view of “Xinjiang Dead Sea”---Salty Lake, Asia’s largest wind power station---Dabancheng Power Station on the way. Visit the Flaming Mountain and ancient city---jiaohe Gucheng. Then visit Uighur old village, one of the greatest water conservancy projects in ancient China---Karez, Green Treasure---Grape Valley. Take a visit to Uighur family. Then take a bus back to Wushi and visit Crafts Carpets Factory.
Day 5: Wushi-Heavenly Mountain and Heavenly Lake
Take a bus to “the peal on the Heavenly Mountain”---Heavenly Lake and enjoy the amazing view of the mountain and the lake. Then back to Wushi and visit Tianshan large pharmacy and Hetian Jade of Fushide Shop. Freely visit Erdaoqiao International Grand Bazaar or Wuyi Star Night Market.
Day 6: Nanjing
Fly back to Nanjing according to the flight schedule. Journey ends.
Accommodation: All the hotels are 3-star or the same lever, standard rooms.
