The Forestry College, whose predecessor is the Department of Forestry in Fujian Provincial Agricultural College found in 1940, has a long history. In October 2000, the Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University was merged by Fujian Agricultural University and Fujian Forestry College, and the Forestry College was established on the basis of the Department of Resources and Environment in Fujian Forestry College in April 2001.
Currently in the Forestry College, 64 faculties have advanced/mid-level titles and 43 have a master’s degree or doctoral degree. There are 14 doctor tutors, 30 master tutors and 17 teachers who hold a position in the academic institutions at home and abroad. All teachers of the college have won high reputation in domestic and international academia.
The Forestry College has been delivering a large group of talents for various industries. Over the past many years, it has cultivated almost 500 masters and doctors and 10,000 undergraduates and college students, most of whom have become backbones of their companies and won high appraisal.

Application Time
For international students, the academic year begins in September. The duration for application is from March 1st to June 30th.
Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Be above 18 years old and under the age of 35, senior high school graduate, HSK3 certificate or above, the copy of score list, in good health.
Master’s degree: Have Bachelor’s degree or above, under the age of 40, HSK3 certificate or above, the copy of score list and diploma, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good health.
Doctoral degree: Have Master’s degree or above, under the age of 40, the copy of score list and diploma, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good health.
