Tour Itinerary
Your personal English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 9am. Take a taxi, metro or bus to Tiananmen Square where your 6 km/4 mile-long walking tour starts from. Stroll around the largest downtown square in the world for 30 minutes. Then go through the Tiananmen Gate Tower and entering into the Forbidden City. It is the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palace compound in the world with over 500 years of history. Visit it for approximately two hours. Go on to visit Jingshan Park which situates next to the Forbidden City. This used to be a royal park, where you may overlook the magnificent view of the Forbidden City. After that, walking for another 2 hours to visit the Drum Tower & Bell Tower. Lunch will be arranged in a local restaurant on the way.
After1 hour touring at Drum Tower & Bell Tower, either take a taxi or public transportation back to your hotel at 2:00 pm. Lovely tour ends!
