Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Beijing to Tai Shan Mountain
Hotel/apartment pick-up at about 22:00 by our car/van & tour guide. Transfer to the railway station where you will board an overnight train to Mt. Tai Shan. Our guide will help you with the check-in process; s/he will not leave until they see you off to board on the train.

Day 2. Tai Shan Mountain One Day Tour-Beijing
Arrive at the Tai Shan Railway Station. Our guide and driver will pick you up and bring you to a 4-star hotel for breakfast. After breakfast you will begin your exciting tour of Mount Taishan. From there we will take a travel bus to Zhongtianmen- the terminal of Hillside road (25 minutes drive). We will walk ten minutes to the cable car station and take the cable car to Nantianmen (within 15 minutes, very low speed). After enjoying the scenery from the cable car, we will walk through Tianjie-Zhanlutai and go to the top, Yuhuangding. The top of the mountain provides breathtaking views and scenery. We will then walk down the mountain (at least 1.5 hours) or take the cable car down (40 minutes). If time permits, you may also tour the Daimiao Temple (40 minute visit). After this, you will be transferred back to the Taishan Railway Station.
Once you arrive in Beijing at approximately 21:00 you will be picked up by our guide & driver again, and then be returned to your hotel/apartment.

Notes
A. The hotel breakfast is served 7am-9am. The train arrives at Taishan around 6am, so you may need to wait briefly for breakfast to be available.
B. Overnight train: The train attendant will wake you up around half an hour before arriving at the destination-Taishan Railway Station. Don't worry about missing the station, you will be notified.
C. About D32: The seats on multiple unit train are adjustable (fore or aft) and comfortable. There is a dining car on the train.
D. During Chinese National Holidays travel gets crowded. If this is the case, please be patient.
E. Only Chinese meals are arranged for your lunch. If you prefer other foods, please inform your tour guide.
F. If your train which leaves from Beijing is cancelled or delayed to a certain degree because of bad weather, mechanical problems, government act, strike, etc. we will refund ALL your money or if you like, we may switch to another day with no extra cost.
H. It takes about 3-5 hours to hike from Zhongtianmen to the top. If you are not physically fit, we recommend that you take the cable car up. Going down the mountain you can walk or take the cable car. Walking down takes about 1.5 hours without stopping to rest.
