The College of Economics and Management has 7 bachelor’s degree programs, namely Agricultural/forest Economy Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management and Information System, Finance and Banking, Insurance and International Economics and Trade. Now the college has 3,081 undergraduates, 66 doctoral candidates and 49 full-time teachers, among whom there are 10 professors, 18 associate professors and 7 doctoral tutors. And 8 teachers have a doctor degree while 11 teachers are studying for a doctor degree.
Agroeconomic Management the college set up is a key subject in Heilongjiang Province. In 1998, it gained the authority to offer a doctor degree. In 2003, a post-doctoral studies center for Agroeconomic Management was set up. The subject has more than 10 master’s research fields such as Agricultural Economy, rural cooperative Economy, Agrarian Finance, Management of Agricultural Enterprise, Rural Financial Management, Agricultural Policy and Regulation, Agricultural Techno-economy, Agricultural Quantity Economics, Agricultural System Engineering and Agricultural Product Price and Marketing, and 7 doctoral research fields such as Agricultural Economy, Management of Agricultural Enterprise, Rural Human Resource Management, Rural Finance & Banking, Agricultural System Engineering, Agricultural Resource Economics and Rural Regional Development.
The College is equipped with complete teaching and research facilities. The Experimental Center is made up of Agricultural Economy and Information Center, Accounting Model Room, Finance Model Room and Industrial-commercial Model Room, all of which provide an effective guarantee for education, research and student practice.

For international students, the academic year begins in September. The duration for application is from March 1st to June 30th.
Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Be above 18 years old and under the age of 35, senior high school graduate, HSK3 certificate or above, the copy of score list, in good health.
Master’s degree: Have Bachelor’s degree or above, under the age of 40, HSK3 certificate or above, the copy of score list and diploma, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good health.
Doctoral degree: Have Master’s degree or above, under the age of 40, the copy of score list and diploma, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good health.
