The College ofEconomics & Management of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics (NUAA), whose precursor was the Department of Management Engineering, was firstly established in 1984. It was renamed as the College ofEconomics & Management in October, 2000. At present, it covers 6 departments: Department of Management Science & Engineering, Department of Industrial & Business Management, Department of Economics & Trade, Department of Statistics, Department of Finance, and Department of Information Management & Electronic Business.
Currently, it covers a great number of students, including 1406 undergraduate students, 543 postgraduate students, 332 doctoral students and 12 post-doctoral students. Moreover, the total number of students in MBA, Engineering, Advanced programs for Master’s degree has reached more than 800. Meanwhile, it owns a large group of work talents of 120 members, among whom there are 29 professors including 14 doctoral supervisors, 48 associate professors, 4 experts of national special allowance, one youth expert of national special contribution and so on.
The College is famous for meticulous scholarship, rational management and superior students. In 1984, it became the training bases of managers & factory directors of Aeronautics enterprises. Spontaneously, it had cultivated more than 5000 undergraduate students, 1000 graduate students and 11 post-doctoral students. Most of them have become the academic, technology and management backbone of the fields of higher education, scientific institutes, enterprises & careers, and administration sections of the government. They exactly make a great contribution to the construction of China modernization.
The College attaches great importance on establishing wide relationships and corporations with domestic and international contemporaries in academic exchange. It is ready to send a large number of undergraduate students, postgraduate students, professors, lecturers abroad to make academic exchanges. Application time:
For Bachelor Degree Students in Aeronautical Engineering:
The Application dates are from March 15th to Sept. 10th.
For Bachelor Degree Students:
The Application dates are from March 15th to August 30th.
For Master and Ph.D. Degree Students:
The Application dates for the spring semester are from September 15th to December 31 of the year prior to enrollment, and for the fall semester, from March 1 to August 10 of the year of enrollment.
Entry requirements
For Bachelor’s degree: the applicants should have senior high school certificate or equivalent, in good manners and in good health, under 25 years old and unmarried, HSK4 certificate.
For master’s degree: the applicants should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in good manners and in good health, under 40 years old and a letter recommended by 2 associate professors or above, HSK4 certificate.
For doctoral degree:the applicants should have Master’s degree or equivalent, in good manners and in good health, under 45 years old and a letter recommended by 2 associate professors or above, HSK4 certificate.
