The establishment of School of Economics was in 1931. Started in 1935 from the culture of economics graduate students, total enrollments in 1950 were more than 60 graduate students, and cultivate a large number of domestic and foreign well-known economist and senior management personnel. In 1978 after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party, Nankai University School of Economics was under restoration and reconstruction.

 

School has a Department of Economics, International Economic and Trade Department, Risk Management and Insurance Department study in four grades and Economic Research Institute, Institute for International Economics Institute of Population and Development, Urban and Regional Economic Research Institute, Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, the International Insurance Institute, the Asia-Pacific Research Center of the Economic Cooperation Organization (apec) seven research institutions.

 

The total area is 20,000 square meters, including school buildings, electricity teaching laboratory, library information centers and office buildings. There are 120,000 foreign books, 535 kinds of Chinese and foreign magazines Museum economic credits. Teaching Electricity Experiment Center has six multi-functional multimedia classrooms, computer 150 Units, 3 sets of large-scale voice equipment, as well as the provision of infrastructure for scientific research of the laboratory of modern economics, economics of electronic networks center on campus.

 

School of Economics, more complete range of professional disciplines, is a post-doctoral, PhD, Master, Bachelor, such as multi-level teaching and degree-granting the right to teaching and research units. Have theoretical economics and applied economics two post-doctoral research station has recruited more than 60 postdoctoral research staff person. Theoretical Economics and Applied Economics have been awarded a doctorate in the right disciplines, covering 16 categories of economics subjects 2, at present, political economy, history of economic thought, economic history, Western economics, world economy, population resources and environmental economics, regional economics, finance, international trade study, industry economics, quantitative economics, finance and other study 12 subjects enrolled in doctoral students. For undergraduate program, the application period is between 15^th March and 15^th April. In College of Chinese Language and Culture, the deadline for Spring Semester is January15.

 

For Master’s program and Doctorate program, the application period is between 1^st March and 31^st March.

 

For undergraduate program, the applicants should be in good health condition and 18 years old or above. They should also hold a HSK Level 6.

 

For Master’s program, the applicants should have hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a HSK Level 6.

 

For Doctorate program, the applicants should be in good health condition and 18 years old or above, They should also hold a Master’s Degree and HSK Level 6.
