Detailed itinerary
Day 1 Guangzhou- Xining
Gather at the designated place and take the specific cars to the airport. Then go to the central city- Xining of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau by air. After arrival, drive to the urban district and lodge in the hotel.
Day 2 Xining- Taer Monastery –Qinghai Lake- Xining- Qinghai-Tibet Railway
After breakfast, go to visit the Taer Monastery and appreciate the 3 wonders of Ghee flowers, frescoes and barbola. After that, lead to visit the China moat beautiful and largest lake- Qinghai Lake and enjoy the charming sightseeing. Then go back to Xining and overlook the Sun Pavilion and Moon Pavilion. Then take the unite train to enjoy the Tianlu tour route.
Day 3 Gomud- Mt.Kunlun- Hoh Xil- Tanggula Mountains- Manasarova Lake- Channel of Fenghuo Mountain
Enjoy a whole day of activities on the train, passing the following scenic spots: Mt. Kunlun- the origin of Yangtze River- Hoh Xil –Qiangtang Grassland in the northwest Tibet- Manasarova Lake-Nagqu- Lhasa Grassland. In the evening at about 10:30pm, reach the sunlight city-Lhasa.
Day 4 Potala Palace- Jokhang Temple- Bakhor Street and Dragon King Pool
After breakfast, leave to the highest ancient palace buildings and the world heritage- Potala Palace. Then go to visit the Jokhang Temple for an hour. After that, lead to the most suitable place for appreciating Potala Palace- Bakhor Street to enjoy free shopping of Tibet handcraft products. In the late afternoon, go to visit the Dragon King Pool Park and take pictures of the Patala Palace. After supper, go to rest in the hotel.
Day 5 Lhasa –Yamzhog Yumco- Jiangzi- Shigatse
After breakfast, go to visit the Cambala Snow Mountain and the heavenly lake- Yamzhog Yumco Lake with th emost beautiful sightseeing. After that, lead you to enjoy the Karola Glaciers and the ancient city- Jiangzi. If time is enough, you can go to visit the Palkor Chode and then drive to the Shigatse.
Day 6 Shigatse- Lazi- Tingshi
After breakfast, go to visit the national key preservation unit- Tashilhunpo Monastery which was built in 1447. After that, go to enjoy the sightseeing of back Tibet and snow mountaisn in Tingshi. Pass cross the Himalayas Mountains and enjoy the sunset.
Day 7 Tingshi- Charpie Temple- Everest Base Camp- Shigatse
After breakfast, go to enjoy the sightseeing of the Snow Mountains of Everest and then visit the highest temple- Charpie Temple. After that, go ahead to the Everest Base Camp and climb towards the highest peak in the world where you can enjoy the unique natural view.
Day 8 Shigatse- Lhasa
After breakfast, go to visit the Transferring Scriptures Road and take pictures of the panoramic view of Shigatse. After that, go back to Lhasa from the china-Nepal Highway and enjoy the Brahmaputra River and the deserted islands. Overlook the Tangula Mountains and north Tibet grasslands. After breakfast, go to rest in the hotel.
Day 9 Lhasa- Namsto- Yangbajing- Lhasa
After breakfast, go through the Qinghai-Tibet railway and reach the Nagenla Snow Mountain. Then go to the heavenly lake- Namtso Lake to enjoy the beautiful and charming scenery. After that, take a car to return to Lhasa and overlook the Tanggula Snow Mountains. Then lead to enjoy the Yangbajing Geothermal Scenic Spot. You can enjoy the plateau sightseeing and enjoy the hot spring with appreciating the North Tibet Grassland and Tanggula Snow Mountains.
Day 10 Lhasa – Guangzhou
After breakfast, have a visit to the only Mammon Temple- Zhagi Temple. Then drive to leave Lhasa with going through Brahmaputra River. Send you to Gongga Airport to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and finish the happy tour.
