Day by day itinerary
Day 1 Day 1 Shenzhen-Urumqi
Leave Shenzhen for Urumqi by air (about 7 hours) and transfer to hotel for the night.
Day 2 Urumqi-Turfan-Urumqi
After breakfast, go to Turfan to visit Grape Corridor (about 1-1.5 hours) and the ancient water conservancy project-Karez, which has been existed for more than 2000 years. Karez is the most important water resource in Xinjiang, Uighur ancient village, Flaming Mountain and Jiaohe Old City. Return to Wushi for the night.
Day 3 Urumqi-Heaven Pool-Kuitun
After breakfast, go to visit Tianshan Mountain Heaven Pool tourist site by vehicle. After finished, transfer to Kuitun for the night.
Day 4 Kuitun-Yining
After breakfast, go to Yining by vehicle where on the way you can admire the beautiful northern-frontier scenery. Stay in Yining for the night.
Day 5 Yining-nalati
After breakfast, go to Nalati Grassland by vehicle to admire the scenery mixed by grass, castles, blue sky, white clouds, mountains and rivers. You can taste the local special foods and walk around the Yining downtown at night.
Day 6 Yining-Urumqi
After breakfast, return to Urumqi by vehicle and stay at hotel for the night.
Day 7 Urumqi-Shenzhen
After breakfast, go to visit the landmark of Urumqi-Red Hill Park, and then go to Dabaza Business Street, and mosques. After lunch take plane back to Shenzhen to end this journey.
