Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU), which is located in the “International Garden City” Hangzhou, is a key provincial university in Zhejiang province. The University has 17 affiliated colleges (including teaching departments). Currently, there are 63 undergraduate programs, 65 Master’s programs and 12 doctoral programs. At present, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University has roughly 27,000 full time students enrolled, of which around 3,500 are postgraduate students. ZSTU is one of the host institutes under Chinese Government Scholarship Programs. ZSTU started to enroll international students in 2003, and so far has accepted lots of international students from more than 60 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. 

浙江理工大学，坐落在被誉为国际花园城市的杭州市，是一所以工为主，理、工、文、经、管、法、教育等多学科协调发展的浙江省属重点建设大学。学校下设17个学院（教研部），63个本科专业，17个硕士学位授权一级学科（含65个硕士学位授权二级学科）和2个博士学位授权一级学科（含12个博士学位授权二级学科）。现有全日制在校学生27,000余人，其中研究生3,500余人。浙江理工大学是中国教育部指定的具有接收中国政府奖学金来华留学生资格的高校之一。学校于1995年获得招收外国留学生资格，2003年开始正式接受外国留学生，至今已接受了众多来自亚洲、非洲、欧洲、北美洲60多个国家和地区各种类型和层次的学生来校学习。
