Apply Chinese Mandarin Program
Note:To apply this program,you should follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: You should download this form and send it to us by Email.

Step 2: The following documents must be included with the application
1. A completed application form. All questions are to be answered truthfully and as completely as possible. (Finished in Step 1)
2. Four passport photos.
3. To apply for more than one year of study, certified physical examination results (including the original physical record, X-ray results, and other original documents).
Step 3: Procedure
1. Applicants should take the admission notice and the JW202 to apply for a visa in the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their countries. For more information please view VISA.
2. Take the admission notice and the JW202 to register in the International Students' Office. At the same time, students should hand in their medical insurance certificate. Otherwise they will not be allowed to register.
3. Self-supporting students shall pay their tuition, accommodation fee, registration fee, etc, according to the fixed schedule. Otherwise, students will not be allowed to attend classes.
4. Students will receive their university I.D. cards as soon as they fulfill all of the registration procedures.

3. Four passport photos.
