A Meeting between CSU's Vice President Zhang Zhuohua and President of GHSU

On September 19, a delegation consisted of CSU’s Vice President Zhang Zhuohua and related personnel from International Exchange and Cooperation and the Xiangya Hospital arrived at Shanghai and had a meeting with a delegation led by President Ricardo Azziz and Vice President Roman Cibirka of Georgia Health Science University about cooperation between our the two universities.
 

Vice President Zhang Zhuohua and President Azziz first briefed respectively on general information of their universities and expressed their willingness for future cooperation. Both parties reached an agreement on cooperation in teaching and research and personnel exchange. GHSU showed a special interest in MD+PhD, a joint cultivation program raised by CSU for training medical personnel, which was highly praised by President Azziz. They discussed the cooperative details and would further their discussion in accordance with the letter of intent. President Azziz signed at the cooperative memorandum of the two universities and took a photo with CSU’s leaders at the end of the meeting.
 

On behalf of President Zhang Yaoxue, Vice President Zhang Zhuohua had invited President Azziz to visit CSU at an appropriate time and President Azziz happily accepted the invitation.
