Business School of Wenzhou University’s history can be traced back to the department of economic management founded in 1985. In June, 2006, the current Business School was formally established. Now, Business School is one of the largest schools in Wenzhou University.
Business School now offers 6 undergraduate programs--- economics, international economics and trade, business administration, marketing, financial management, information management and information system. Till October, 2008, Business School has 1,558 full-time undergraduate students. The teaching force of this school is quite strong. There are 89 teaching and administrative teachers at this school. Of the 76 full-time teachers, 37 are holders of senior technical titles (9 are professors, 28 are associate professors). Among the teachers, 6 are doctors, 8 are doctoral degree candidates, over 80% of the teachers have master’s degree or above. Besides, 5 teachers were selected in the “151 talents project” of Zhejiang Province, 12 were selected by the “551 talent project”, etc.
The scientific research strength of this school is strong too. So far, it has finished one project which was financed by state social sciences fund. And it has undertaken 23 projects at provincial and ministerial level. Currently, Business School consists of 4 research institutions--- research institute of regional economics, research institute of international trade and economic cooperation, research institute of enterprise informationization and research center of tourism and civilization.
Business School has set up 13 laboratories in the training center of liberal arts, such as laboratory of information management, laboratory of logistics, laboratory of network application, etc. Besides, Business School has training center of consultation, development cooperation center, etc.

Entry requirements
For Bachelor’s degree: Applicants must be under the age of 35 years, and in good physical condition, holding a non-China passport and having graduated from high school, academic records, have an HSK test score of grade 3 or above.
