On August 14, organized by CSU’s School of Nursing, students from Nursing Specialty paid a 15-day visit to Australia Flinders University. Consisted of undergraduates, postgraduates and teachers, the exchange group paid a visit to the campus of the Flinders University, its School of Nursing & Midwifery of and five various local hospitals and Health Services Centers and had a wide and comprehensive communication with leaders and clinical nursing specialties.
During the visit, students and teachers actively participated in related curriculum learning such as medical English, professional study and simulation education and observed the process of medical practices. Besides, they also visited local museums, wild zoos, the city center and some scenic spots, which largely enriched their knowledge about local cultures. This visit was a full success for it had not only broadened the students’ vision, enriched their professional knowledge and related English knowledge but also improved the relation between our two universities and exchange between students and teachers .
