The four special job fairs drives campus recruitment in to top hide.


On the afternnon of 1st November, CSU graduated students guidance center together with Suchow HR bureau held “Suchow campus talent introducting plan—CSU campus job fairs” with a total of 53 coporations attended, provided over 3000 posts. It has been the fourth medium and large campu recruitment that CSU continuously held sicne 29th , October, the rest three ones were railway transportation industry job fair held on 29th October, Nonferrous metal industry job fairs held on 31st October and Jiangsu province serven cities alonged river talent job fairs held on first day of November. The four recruitment offered 10,200 posts. Deputy secretary Gao Shan invited representatives from the ministry of railways talent service center, 18 domestic Railway administrations and the qinghai-tibet railway company.

October and November is “Gold Month of campus job fairs, as well as best time for graduated students emplyment. The recruitment is still hot, the university held 4 times recruitment in only 4 days, it has never happened in the past job fairs. Not taking long holiday of National Day into consideration, in short 43 days, there were 15 corporations came to every on average, two of the 43 days, the special job faris reached 23 one day, made a new session  record in CSU single day recruitment.

So far the good situation of corporations that enters the campus and campus job fairs has every reference to the preparation which CSU made before. Early on the end of last term, CSU made research and judgement about 2013 year’s graduated students employment situation in advance, and put forward 6 solutions. Caree guidance center took use of summer holiday, joined hands with second level colleges, strengthened job market construction, invited corporations to come to university to held job fare, thus ensuring basic job market’s stable needs. The Jiangsu seven cities alonged river, Suchow talents center made team to held job fairs in CSU directly showed result of reginal job martket contruction in summer holiday.

However, having communicated with corporations, the career employment center found that forced by current economics developmental trend, most coporations reduced demands campus recruiting plans. For example, a well-known domestic communication company’s campus recuiting plan was 20,000 person in 2012, while in the next year,it reduced to 10,000. According to the data from career guidance center, the number of the corporations that entered the camps reached 688 till 2nd, november since on 13th, September when the campus job fair started,though It was the same quantity with last year’s, the total positions provided reduced. Therefore, graduats should keep a resonable expectation in job hunting and strengten competitve awareness.
