Introduction

Day by day itinerary
Day 1 Beijing-Urumqi
Leave Beijing for Urumqi by plane.
Day 2 Urumqi-Burqin
Go to Burqin by bus, along the way travelers can appreciate the landscape of the second largest desert of Xinjiang and the wild animal protection area. Arrive at Burqin along the Irtysh River.
Day3 Burqin-Jiadengyu-Kanas
Visit the Aletai Grassland and appreciate the stone man in distance; in the afternoon, arrive at the Kanas nature protection area. Then visit Tuojing Bay, white birch forest, Moon Bay, etc.
Day 4 Kanas-Burqin
Go into the nature protection area again. Climb up to the Guanyu Pavilion and admire the fog and the changing colors of the lake. Travelers can visit the local residents on their own expenses. Return to Burqin after lunch.
Day 5 Burqin-Demon City-Urumqi
After breakfast, return to Urumqi, along the way travelers can enjoy the magic and magnificent scenery of Yardangs. Appreciate the Oil Field on bus. In the afternoon, return to Urumqi.
Day 6 Urumqi-Turfan-Urumqi
Visit the largest wind power plant in Asia---Dabancheng Power plant. Admire the salty lake, which is called the dead sea of China. Go to the hottest place of China-----Turfan and visit Karez and Wanfo Palace. Appreciate and climb the prestigious Mountain of Flames. In the afternoon, return to Urumqi.
Day 7 Urumqi-Tianchi Lake-Dunhuang
Visit the Tianchi Lake. The lake is very famous in China because of its picturesque sceneries: the lake is crystal clear with lush trees and various animals; it is surrounded by snow mountains. In the afternoon, visit the local big market-----bazaar. In the evening, go to Dunhuang by train.
Day 8 Liuyuan-Dunhuang
Go to Dunhuang and visit the treasure of Buddhism of the world-----Mogao Grottos. In the afternoon, visit Leiyin Temple. Appreciate the Whistling Sand Hill, Moon Spring.
Day 9 Dunhuang-Jiayuguan-Lanzhou
Visit Jiayuguan, which is the start point of the Great Wall. Along the way travelers can appreciate the landscape of Gobi. In the afternoon, admire the City Wall Mansion of Jiayuguan and the minerals production shop. In the evening, go to Lanzhou by train.
Day 10 Lanzhou-Beijing
Arrive at Lanzhou in the morning. Admire the waterwheel, Zhongshan Bridge, Baita Hill etc. In the evening, return to Beijing by train.
Day 11
Arrive at Beijing and finish the happy journey.
