Introduction

Day 1 Beijing/Lhasa
Fly to the Lhasa Gonggar Airport, take a bus along Brahmaputra River for 1 hour and arrive at Lhasa, enjoying the beautiful view of Brahmaputra River and Tibetan houses on the way. Transfer to the hotel after arrival.
Day 2 Lhasa/Potala Palace
After breakfast take a bus ahead to Potala Palace, which lies on the Red Mountain of central Lhasa City and is considered the largest antique museum. After lunch proceed to the Jokhang Temple in the old city district of Lhasa. Behind the temple there is a big golden statue of Sakyamuni, the corridors and halls of the temple are full of frescos, which are regarded as rare art treasures. Then visit Barkhor Street and shopping freely.
Day 3 Lhasa/Shigatse
After breakfast take a bus to Gyantse, passing through Yanmdrok Lake and Karuola Glacier. Watch the Palkor Chode and Kumbu Stupa in the distance. Then proceed to the second largest city in Tibet---Shigatse.
Day 4 Shigatse/Lhasa
After breakfast visit the seat for Panchen Lama--- Tashilhunpo Monastery and Panchen Lama stupa. After lunch take the bus back to Lhasa. Arrival in the evening.
Day 5 Lhasa/Nyingchi
Take a bus to Bayi Town in Nyingchi in the morning, enjoying the beautiful view of Lhasa River and Niyang River Valley on the way. After lunch visit Basom Tso Lake, which is at an elevation of 3700 meters and is considered the holy lake of Kagyupa. Arrive at Bayi Town in the evening.
Day 6 Nyingchi/Lhasa
Visit the Big Cypress in the Bajie Village of Bayi Town. The Big Cypress has already had a history of 2500 years and is considered a god tree by local people. Then take a bus back to Lhasa.
Day 7 Lhasa/Yangbajing Hot spring
After breakfast proceed to the resort for tourism and recuperation. The hot spring is rich in more than 20 kind of trace minerals, which are effective cure for physical health and skin disease.
Day 8 Lhasa/Beijing
After breakfast take a flight back to Beijing. Journey ends.
